MJGYZ-80 Rotary automatic filling and capping machine is the equipment developed and produced by our company in 2017. It can be used for full-automatic filling capping and locking equipment for penicillin bottle, essential oil bottles, perfume bottles.

The whole set is bottle distribution-filling-pressing plug-hanging cap-capping, which is characterized by stable production, strong versatility for package materials, allowing our company to have 180-300 bottles/min of high-speed filling and sealing equipment.

1.The turntable drive for the independent research and development of the servo splitter, compared with the market cam structure has a small size, light weight and easy to install, can change the angle at will, back to the origin has been realized automatically clear, fast, easy to customer operation.

2.The rolling cap using the company has been the development and production of imported steel, after quenching and hardening treatment, the material of different caps to achieve universal, compared with high-speed cutter-type models have the advantages of not easy to fall off the debris, not easy to pick the advantages of the package material.

3.Realize the same bottle diameter, sealing height adjustable, no internal plug automatic alarm. Bottle release and bottle discharge in the same direction, convenient for personnel operation.

4.Vibrating plate adopts exclusive frequency conversion control method, especially for white soft silicone (non-butyl rubber), smooth discharging. 5.The whole machine is compact, and it is moved by foma wheels, so one person can push and pull it freely.
